Subject: Children fishing

Hi

I have two young boys who are interested in fishing (6 and 4 years old), but like most subjects with young boys it can be rather fleeting. They have little rods purchased by their granddad, what would be the best way to fish at the Back Lake cost wise? Also when would be the most quiet time for them as no doubt it gets quite busy with serious fishermen.

Hi Calvin.
It would be best to get them first fishing on the front lake,
we are having a Juniors match this Sunday on the front lake
you are welcome to bring them along & we could give them some pointers.
the cheapest way to fish our lakes is to get membership
Adults is £30

Thank you for the reply. What as a one off, I mean can you turn up on the day and just pay the bayliff or whatnot? I assume you would still need a rod license though, is that right? Just don't want to pay to become a member then find out the boys don't really like it.
